With the help of the TPS finger sensor, the eVu Senz application, which you can easily install on your mobile phone, monitors and records three biomarkers of the body:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">1. Heart Rate Variability<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">2. Temperature<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3. Skin Conductivity<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The goal, through repetitive exercises, is to learn to do 5-7 full breaths per minute to get:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Increase in heart rate variability.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Increase in temperature<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Reduction of dermal conductivity<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The greater the improvement in these biomarkers, the greater the peace of mind you will have.
